How does the free trial work?

Start your 7-day trial with a card. Your first membership charge lands when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged. Workshops are purchased separately after the trial.

What do I get during the trial?

Chat mentoring, structured learning, practical tools and a free 30-minute direction call. Use that time to explore what you want to work towards.

How do we choose a workshop?

Start with what you want to get done. Through chat, you and your mentor agree on a useful outcome and what to bring. The workshop is built around you, within your mentor's expertise.

Do I have to book a workshop?

No. You can use chat mentoring, learning and tools on their own. Add a workshop when working together would help.

Do purchased workshops expire?

New single sessions and three-session packs are valid for three years from issue after payment. Existing no-expiry credits keep their original terms. Use an active paid membership to request a booking in the lab. If you cancel, contact us to arrange use of your remaining purchased credits.

Are workshops remote or in person?

Remote or in person in North Sydney. You choose when you book.

Is this financial or tax advice?

No. You can organise your goals, build your understanding and prepare questions for an accountant or financial adviser. Your mentor doesn't provide tax advice or recommend financial products, shares or investments.
